My baby Common in a new movie!!

My baby Common will be starring along side Queen Latifah in a new film called "Just Wright" which should be released summer of 2010. It's about a sports trainer (Latifah) who falls for an injured NBA player (Common) while rehabilitating him. Also in the movie, Paula Patton and Dwayne Wade.

Lil Wayne - ReBirth...pushed back

The long-awaited (and long-delayed) rock-influenced album from Lil Wayne has been pushed back yet again to Feb. 1, around the time that he’ll be sentenced for attempted gun possession charges. Rebirth, the follow-up to the triple platinum Tha Carter III was initially set to be released April 7th of this year, but Wayne’s label hasn’t found a hit with any of the tracks that have leaked.
Wayne has stated that Tha Carter IV is scheduled to be released next year, but he didn’t want it to immediately follow Tha Carter III. It may have to, though, because it looks like Rebirth may never see the light of day.

Rapper Busta Rhymes stars in the new thriller “Breaking Point” in which he plays a a vicious Gang leader and a notorious drug dealer, however his real life troubles involving a 2006 shooting incident which left his longtime friend and bodyguard Israel Ramirez dead led to issues on the movie set. According to his co-star Tom Berenger,

“There was a whole thing with Busta Rhymes and the New York police on day one when I got there. I shot all my scenes that day in downtown Manhattan but they weren’t with him so it didn’t really affect me. There was something that had happened in a club involving him, where somebody had pulled a gun out or something like that. I really don’t recall the details but they were forbidden to shoot because of safety concerns. I never entirely understood it. The location department had to whip up a bunch of new locations that involved him. We had to shoot scenes with him over in Bayonne and Hoboken, New Jersey all in a row because he had to get to a concert in Portugal.”
